Important information about your meter reads
It is very important during this time to submit your meter reads, especially if there is a change in your business circumstances such as having reduced hours or being closed. Failing to provide a meter read will lead to an estimated bill which is likely to be higher than your consumption during this time.
You can provide meter reads via email, through web chat or through our Facebook or Twitter channels. Please remember to include your account number when submitting reads to us as this allows for quicker processing.
