Help with managing your business bills

If you need support with paying your bills, or your energy debt, we’re here to help.

What support is available?

Please get in contact with our friendly team, as we can discuss your current situation and work out a way to manage things with you. Have your account number to hand, and a latest meter reading.

We have a range of options that we can look at with you, including part payments and payment plans. To get in touch with us and talk through the available options please call the freephone payments line on 0800 032 3647.

What happens if you don’t let us know you need support?

If you don’t let us know that you are struggling to pay your bills and you do not make the necessary payments, you will incur additional debt charges and your details may be passed to a debt recovery agency. They may visit your business (which will incur additional charges for you), and we may even disconnect your supply. All of these things will add additional charges for you. It’s extremely important that you speak to us.

Missing or paying your payments late could also affect your business credit rating, as we share information about whether you meet your payments on time with Transunion as part of the Share Amend Scheme.
