No gas?

If you have no gas, and cannot smell any, try these steps to get up and running:

Before you need to involve an engineer, have a read through our boiler troubleshooting tips:

Is your water pressure the issue?
If your boiler pressure isn’t between 1-1.5 on the bar you need to carefully adjust it using the filling loop.

Has a fuse tripped?
If some appliances are still working there may be a tripped switch in your fuse box that needs resetting.

Check the pilot light
If your boiler pilot light isn’t on, try relighting it by following the manufacturers instructions. You’ll need to get in touch with a gas safety engineer if the light continues to go out.

Reset your boiler
Your boiler may simply need a reset to work properly again. Reset your boiler in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
