When will my Direct Debit be collected?
Your Direct Debit collection date will be displayed on your invoice.
How do I make a payment?
PFP Energy offer payment by Direct Debit only. However, if your Direct Debit fails for any reason you can pay your invoice using the following methods:
Call PFP Energy Business on 01772 395747 and pay using your debit/credit card, alternatively;
You may also pay via a Bank Transfer or BACS payment to:

How do I update the billing address?
If you need to update your billing address, you need to do this in writing via post using company letter head or via email using the email address we have registered on your account.
How can I view the payments I've made?
You can do this by logging into your online account under the ‘Payments’ tab.
I can't make a payment this month?

How do I set up a direct debit?

How can I update my direct debit details?
You can update some of your Direct Debit details via your online account. If there is anything else you need amending, give our Payments Team a call on 01772 395780 and we can update this for you.
What happens if I cancel my direct debit?
Ooops, this isn’t good. If you cancel your Direct Debit then you could miss your payment deadline date which may result in late payment fees and your account going into debt.
