Cover is offered for most household products including washing machines, cookers, microwaves, televisions and more.
How do I report a faulty or broken appliance to HomeShield?
To report an appliance issue please call 0800 023 6178. Remember to have the make and model of the appliance ready so that we can help as quickly as possible.
What happens if my appliance can’t be fixed by HomeShield?
If the engineer decides that your appliance cannot be repaired, then it will be replaced with one of the same or similar specification, as stated in your plan terms and conditions.
Alternatively, if you would like to upgrade your current model for one with enhanced specifications, then this may be possible for an additional fee. For example, you may like to upgrade your TV to a larger or smarter model. This is subject to availability from our suppliers.
