Providing meter readings is the best way to keep your bills accurate as it lets us know exactly how much energy you’re using. This ensures you’ll only pay for the energy you’re using, so you won’t build up too much credit or debit.

What’s the best way to submit my reads?

The easiest way to submit your meter readings is through your My Account portal by visiting the meter readings page. If you would like to submit your reads via email, we’ve automated our mailbox to make this efficient so that your bills are as accurate as possible.
